What makes this a "children's Bible"?


Obviously the picture of the Velveteen rabbit on the cover.  The velvety feel on the rabbit and surrounding vines.  There is a storage case to keep it neat and tidy.  
Throughout there are pages with animal friend pictures along with Bible verses which children will enjoy paging through.  Small and compact for little hands.  Not overwhelming to them.
I feel this is a good Bible to get your little one used to bringing their Bible to church.  To feel that special feeling of having a Bible to call their own.  


I like that it is in the NKJV and not "dumbed" down for children.  I believe it is best to start them early with "Bible language" as it will make it easier for them to understand as they grow older.


I don't have little ones at home anymore, so this Bible is being offered as a giveaway.
