I have been "attempting" to eat vegetarian for several years now.  I say "attempting" because my success is limited for a couple of reasons:  no support from family and where I live I have to drive over an hour to find a store that sells good quality vegetarian food.  So when I get to a store where I can stock up, I try to.



The first product offered by Lightlife was Tempeh, a fermented soybean cake from Indonesia.  Since that day in 1979 they have expanded their line to offer a wide variety of tasty treats!  You can get an alternative to hot dogs, burgers, breakfast food, deli and so much more.
