Do Tell Game review & giveaway

THANKS TO ALL WHO ENTERED
I HAVE REACHED
900 FOLLOWERS
WITH THIS GIVEAWAY ;)

THE WINNER IS
LAURIE!
I KNOW YOU WILL
ENJOY THIS GAME!

I had the pleasure of reviewing this new game:  Do Tell.  They advertise as being a relationship building game. With questions like:

"How would you feel if you found out there was going to be another family member coming to live with you?"

or this one

"Demonstrate what you do when you are playing a video game with a friend and they are winning"

This is either going to build relationships or.....well, you fill in the blank :)

As a homeschooling mom, I feel this game would be a great addition to any school day.  Start off your day by connecting with that child that has had a 'certain' attitude that just won't quit.  Maybe during the game you will be able to connect again and find out what has been bugging them.  OR just take a break from the 'books' and learn about each other.

Encourage your kids to memorize a couple of questions to ask their friends or maybe that new neighbor down the street to use as a tool to get to know them. The possibilities for learning are endless!

My family played this the other night...family included son, daughter, myself and gramma.  We had much fun and learned a bit about each other.  It was funny because sometimes we helped each other with their answer if their mind went blank or if they gave a wrong answer :)  LOL

Our first game we played according to the rules.  BUT I am very competitive and this game is NOT a competitive game...it is a relationship building game SO we changed it up a bit.  We had to write down what we thought the other person's answer would be.  Whoever's answer matched, they moved ahead the roll of the dice.

This is a great game to help get to know one another a bit better.  If you prefer competitive games...I'd say you can make it competitive like we did!  It was enjoyable for all of  us.  Believe it or not, my  17 year old son enjoyed it the most.....go figure

  2. i follow as mverno via gfc and i found that There are eight player tokens included. However, you can get creative and make teams so more than eight can play. At parties or family gatherings, people can rotate in and out at will. That’s because this game is not really about winning, it’s about playing

There are two versions. What's the difference? The Original version is the ultimate party game or icebreaker, and is perfect for singles, couples and groups. This version can be played two different ways: the PG version for ages 16+ or, to make it the more mature R rated version, Risk Spicy Cards may be added
