Say Anything family game review

North Star Games has created yet another fun, laughter-filled family game,

It is just what the title states... questions are asked and you "say anything" as your answer.  No right or wrong, just whatever YOU want to say :)

You may be asking, "How can this be a fun game?"  The fun is IN the answers given.  Each person can say what they really think OR just something humorous.  The idea is to say an answer that will be picked by the "judge" to earn points.  After 8 rounds, the most points wins!

Here's an example question:

What would be the best 2 ingredients for a candy bar?

Answers given:

Who would think that carrots & celery would make a great candy bar?  Well, it just so happens that I was drinking carrot/celery juice while we were playing.  This player thought it would be funny to use that as an answer.

The other players KNEW that I loved chocolate & peanut butter together, thus their answers (btw, duplicate answers are not allowed.   The judge chooses one to redo their answer).

The judge uses the "state-of-the-art SELECTO-O-MATIC 600" (cardboard thingy with dial) to choose their answer.  BUT does not reveal what was chosen.

The other players now guess what answer the judge will pick.... they can choose 2.

As you can see, this judge (ME) chose the comical answer :)

The score after this round of play:
The purple player was the final winner

We played with ages from 11 - 49.  I think we were competing who could come up with the most outrageous answer.  We laughed and laughed.

North Star games contacted me today offering a giveaway of Say Anything Family to one of my followers.
