Summer Fit review

My favorite time of year is almost upon us

SUMMER

I've been trying to get 'fit' for summer doing the 30 Day Shred and now pilates.  That's the physical fit that is necessary.  But we all need to keep mentally fit, too.

I know as a homeschool mom it is difficult to begin school again in the fall.  Somehow the students forget much of what was learned the previous year.  Therefore, we have to spend the first month just getting their minds back into the learning mode.  To me that is such a waste of time.

That's why I recommend Summer Fit workbooks for everyone.  I reviewed these for the first time last year...read about them here.

These are a wonderful resource for all children, not just those that are homeschooled.

This year MediaGuests sent me the P-K workbook.  This book will get your child ready for preschool or even kindergarten.  You may be wondering why I choose this level as my children are way beyond P-K age.  My daughter is a nanny for children in this age group, she was looking for something to do with them.  I felt this was the perfect fit!  She did too :)

Here's a little promo video from Summer Fit (I thought it was lame, but I'll bet your little ones will like it)

You can keep up-to-date on what is going on at Summer Fit by liking their Facebook page.

Now go have a great summer getting fit mentally, physically and socially WITH your kids!
