Be Gone Granny Flaps!

MEN'S HEALTH TRICEP CRUNCH

You may be wondering if you are at the right blog....MEN'S HEALTH???

Yea, well, when I was asked to review a product from Sportline, I saw this and it is supposed to tone up triceps.  That's one area that is really flabby on me...
.

I'm getting what I call 'Granny-flaps'....you know, when you are in the car with Gramma and she has to stop suddenly.....she swings her arm across the front seat to catch anyone who may be falling.  Instead of being shot through the windshield you get smacked in the face with her flab!

That's my future and I don't want it.  I'd rather smack my future grandkids in the face with a arm of steel....yes, that would be MUCH better ;)

I've only had this for a week so I can't tell you if it works or not to tone up my triceps.  What I can tell you is that I like the flexibility of it's use.  There are 3 levels of resistance.  Start off with the lowest level and work your way up.  It flips easily over a door and can be adjusted to any height.
(unless you are short like me.  I had trouble adjusting to the correct height for each exercise)

Not only is this good for triceps, but it works the core also.  Another area that needs attention on my bod.

Here is the overview from the website:
The instant Tri & Ab machine! The Triceps Crunch is the best part of your home gym practice because it adapts to your own customized fitness level and contains a multi-station door anchor. The portable and lightweight tool is constructed with high-grade interchangeable resistance bands, sturdy steel attachments and ballistic nylon that moves with you.

Included is a complete exercise guide to work your whole body.  I just wish I could read the guide, look at the machine as it hangs on the door and get into shape.  But, NO!  I've got to put some effort into it.....maybe I'll just stay flabby.  I'm thinking that will be safer for my future grandkids ;)

  1. I can verify that she has used it. But it takes consistent use to do any good, so am hoping she will stick with it for a few months and see great changes to those flabby arms! LOL
