This was done for me for my 50th Birthday party by my amazing, brilliant and talented oldest daughter.  A couple of years ago she gave me a booklet with the pages filled with written notes of love, encouragement and thankfulness from family but mostly her.  She thought to add to my book by putting together this poster for my birthday.

I've got to tell you that the person who receives this will be moved to tears by what people write.  Tears of laughter and thankfulness.  

You can even include those that are unable to attend the party.  Have them email what they want written and write it out and post it for them.
