Six Sisters' Stuff cookbook review

If you  have a blog, then this is a dream come true for you:  to have posts from your blog made into a book.

Six Sisters’ Stuff evolved from the sisters’ blog SixSistersStuff.com, (yes, six biological sisters— Camille, Kristen, Elyse, Stephanie, Lauren, and Kendra) that began in February 2011 out of their love to cook, craft, and create. After years of living close to one another, they suddenly found themselves living in different parts of the country and used the blog to stay in touch and share ideas. In just two short years, SixSistersStuff.com has quickly become one of the most popular food and craft blogs, receiving on average 5 million page views per month, with over 130,000 Facebook fans and more than 190,000 Pinterest followers.

All I can say is congratulations to these sisters.  Wonderful accomplishment!

The pages of this book holds some wonderful recipes from appetizers, to main dishes to yummy desserts.  But that's not all, there are also some crafts, cleaning tips, vacation ideas, and more.  There is a whole lot in this book.

Here is one recipe that I tried and loved:

BAKED SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN

This will definitely be added into our rotation of monthly meals.

The only thing I didn't like about this book is the binding.  While cooking it is impossible to keep it open to the page needed.  I think a spiral binding would have been much more convenient.

This is an all new book, just released on March 4, 2013.  You can get your copy which is now on sale here.

*I received a complimentary copy of this book from Shadow Mountain for my honest review.
