GLINES' LOST ARTS
Here is the "about us" section of the website:
We are a homeschooling family of 11,..... well, with two of the children married that makes 13..... that has enjoyed living and learning together for 26 years! All of the products we sell have come about as we have explored and investigated God's creation around us and endeavored to learn more about how things were done in the past. These "LOST ARTS"....soap making, quilts, natural butters and skin products, felted wool, etc....are so integral to our past and we want to preserve them. We hope you enjoy our natural products and also see the value of using today's knowledge to preserve the knowledge of the past. Let us know what you think!

I must start this review with a confession.  I have known the owner of Glines' Lost Arts for 40 years.  She's my best friend.  So that will either 'taint' my review OR I will not only be able to review the products but the integrity of the company :)  Misty, the owner, is not into this for the money making opportunity (the low prices reflect that), but to offer healthy, all natural products.  Plus, I think she's a wanna-be chemist/scientist!

Everything you will find at http://www.glines-lost-arts.com/ is of superb quality using only the most natural ingredients available.  And to think that Misty, the owner, has designed and  "invented" each and every product in her own home.   She has a knack for mixing ingredients, knowing just what to combine with what to come up with a unique product.  For example, the MSM body butter.  A body butter that not only makes your skin smooth and silky, BUT it soothes sore muscles.  BRILLIANT.  Every time I talk with her she is coming up with a new product.
I have tried Pure Moisture Body and Hair Oil Treatment.  You'd have to buy 5 different products at your local store to do what this ONE product does.  Plus, that junk you'd buy elsewhere has ingredients that could actually damage your skin and hair.
This product is great as a pre-shower oil treatment for your hair, an after-shower body oil, a make-up remover, a baby oil, and even an all-natural hair de-frizzer!   Yes, it really does all that!  I especially like that it is a hair de-frizzzer and make-up remover.
The lip balm is non greasy and lasts and lasts.  With 7 fruity flavors or 9 non-fruity flavors to choose from.  Don't forget, these are all hand made at home!  (Can you tell that just amazes me?)
Those are just a couple of items from her Skin Care section.  She also has handmade soaps, items especially for children, soy candles, pet products, household cleaning products and natural fiber clothing products.
If you live in the area, you can even book a candle making party, mineral make-up party or even have Misty make favors for your party or wedding.
I could go on and on with all the great stuff offered. Did I say everything is hand made at her home?  ;)
