I had this post all ready to share on Monday, November 21st but never posted it as that is the morning my dad died.

I've got to say, I didn't feel much like keeping up with my blogging since then

BUT

life moves on even though there are changes....

SO

I am planning on getting back on my blogging schedule with weekly

giveaways, My Week At A Glance posts and some blog hops.

Saturday the 12th I did one of my favorite activities, 

I went to CBD warehouse sale

This is an event I enjoy twice a year.  I travel 4 hours, 250 miles...yup, I love CBD!

Sunday the 13th, I traveled to Leyden, MA for my Aunt's 90th birthday party.  

She is the matriarch of my mom's family.  Growing up we visited her every year during our annual family vacation.  She made my wedding dress, too.  A very special,loving, kind wonderful woman!  I am blessed to have been able to attend her celebration....

Here's a little gift that was waiting for me when I returned home from my travels:

My van has rotted away and won't pass inspection, so this little girl will replace it.  It is going to take some getting used to because it's much smaller than a van.  But I think we will get along just fine!

My sister-in-law gave me this beautiful Christmas cactus for my birthday.   I am a plant-killer, but she seems to think that I won't be able to kill this....we'll see ;) There were no blossoms when I received it.  It's looking good here, now isn't it.  Not sure how long it will stay this way, but I will enjoy it while I can !
